Hack Day at Kristu Jayanti is an official MLH Hack Day hosted by the Department of Computer Applications, School of Computational and Physical Sciences, Kristu Jayanti (Deemed-to-be University).

Hack Day is a fun, 12-hour hackathon where students come together to build creative projects using Google Gemini AI. You'll work in teams, attend beginner-friendly workshops, take part in exciting mini-events, and turn your ideas into real projects.

Whether you're new to coding or already have experience, Hack Day is a great place to learn, build, meet new people, and challenge yourself. All you need is curiosity and the willingness to create something awesome!

Requirements

1. Registration & Selection

Hack Day is an approval-based hackathon due to the limited number of available slots. To apply, complete your registration here on Devpost. If you're selected, you'll receive a confirmation through your university email.

2. Team Registration

This is a team of 2 hackathon. Both team members must register individually on Devpost and use the same team name during registration. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to the Registration Guide available in our Linktree.

    Your project should be functional, reliable, and complete. It should meet the goals you set, provide a smooth user experience, and demonstrate strong technical execution. Innovation in how you build your solution is highly encouraged.
  • Use of Google Gemini
    How effectively have you integrated Google Gemini into your project? AI should play a meaningful role in your solution, enhancing the user experience or solving the problem in a way that wouldn't be possible otherwise.
